Food boiler KE-60 The KE-60 cooking kettle is designed for boiling water, preparing broths and third courses. The boiler's operating principle is based on indirect heating of the contents of the digester with steam, which is generated by heating the coolant in the jacket with tubular electric heaters. Automatic boiler heating control allows you to maintain the cooking temperature required by the process. The cooking vessel, table and lid, steam generator and steam-water jacket are made of stainless steel. Heating elements are protected from dry running using a level relay. The lid is equipped with a spring device and has hinged levers for tight pressing. The pressure in the steam-water jacket is maintained using a pressure switch sensor and is controlled by a monovacuum gauge.
