Electric food boiler Lotus PI 50-78ET The cooking kettle is designed for boiling water, preparing broths and third courses. The boiler consists of the following main units: a cooking kettle with a jacket and a lid, a body, a rack of control and filling valves. The boiler operates by indirectly heating the contents of the cooking kettle with steam generated by heating the coolant in the jacket with tubular electric heaters. This heating process completely eliminates the risk of product burning. It has two operating modes: cooking and boiling. The finished product is drained through a large diameter tap on the front panel. The convenient handle of the boiler lid can be fixed in any position. Water heating is carried out using the “steam jacket” method. If there is no water in the “steam jacket”, the heating is automatically switched off. Has height-adjustable legs.
