    Description. Electric cooking kettle Apache APKE-77

    The high-performance 700 series Apach APKE-77 electric boiler with a capacity of 50 liters is designed for boiling and stewing a variety of dishes. The device can operate in 4 modes. The contents of the boiler are heated through a steam-water jacket, which prevents food from sticking to the walls of the container during cooking. The pressure in the steam-water jacket is maintained at 0.45 bar. The boiler is equipped with a user-friendly electromechanical control system. It includes a safety thermostat that warns of low water levels in the steam jacket, a drain valve, a pressure switch, and an automatic steam pressure control relay. The boiler lid lifting mechanism is equipped with a balancing system and a lock, which ensures easy and safe opening and closing of the lid. The boiler body is made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304 18/10....
