Description. Cooking kettle KPES-60/5
The electric food boiler KPES-60/5 with indirect heating of the cooking vessel is intended for use in public catering establishments both as a stand-alone unit and as part of a process line. The kettle is designed for preparing first, second, and third courses and sauces. It operates automatically in two modes. Mode I is intended for preparing soups, borscht and first courses. Once the contents of the cooking vessel have reached a boil, the boiler automatically switches to 1/6 of the rated power to carry out the “quiet boil” cooking process. Mode II is designed for cooking porridge, boiling milk, and beverages. Once the contents of the cooking vessel have reached a boil, the kettle automatically switches off completely. If necessary, the contents of the cooking vessel are brought to the required condition using accumulated heat without consuming energy. The KPES-60/5 boiler consists of a block of vessels with a steam generator, a rotation and tensioning mechanism, side panels, a rear panel, a bottom panel, a dashboard, a front panel, a frame, a cover and an electrical panel....
