    Description. FAGOR ADVANCE ATA-101 blast freezer

    The FAGOR ADVANCE ATA-101 10-level blast freezer is designed for use in food industry, trade, and catering establishments for rapid cooling and freezing of finished and semi-finished products. Blast freezing of fish, meat, vegetables, and fruits reduces production costs in several ways: Reducing the total time required for long-term storage preparation by an average of 6-7 times. This allows for a significant increase in productivity in existing production facilities. Furthermore, it becomes possible to reduce the production area by half while maintaining the same volume of frozen food output; staff reduction – on average, by 30%; Reduction of direct losses (freezing). Instead of 10% of mass, no more than 1% is lost. In addition to a significant reduction in cost, the manufacturer gains a direct competitive advantage due to: significant improvement in product quality; refusal to use harmful preservatives; multiple increase in the permissible storage time; building a cheaper, optimized logistics process, as it is less dependent on cyclicality and problems with suppliers. A deep-freeze workshop pays for itself 17% - 20% faster than a cold storage facility with traditional equipment....
