    The Rauder SRS ATT10 10-level blast freezer is designed for very rapid freezing of various products inside the cabinet to prevent the growth of unwanted microorganisms. The cabinet can both cool and freeze products. The exterior and interior walls and doors are made of high-quality stainless steel and filled with heat-insulating material, while the guides are made of stainless steel. The oxide-free walls and rounded interior corners make it easy to clean and disinfect. High-speed and uniform freezing are ensured by fans that transfer cooled air from the evaporator into the chamber. In accordance with EU standards, the blast freezer has two cooling and freezing modes: 1. Soft freezing, which is designed for light baked goods, greens, and various delicate foods. This cooling method ensures that the temperature does not drop below 0°C, eliminating the risk of surface freezing. With soft freezing, ice crystals form only within the food, which is essential for plant-based foods and products with crispy crusts. 2. The intensive mode is best suited for large products that don't suffer from surface freezing during cooling. This method is ideal for freezing large batches of products for long periods.
