Description. Automatic dough divider-rounder Vitella SPA A 30
The Vitella SPA A 30 automatic dough divider and folder is a machine that allows you to cut a piece of raw dough into small portions and then, thanks to a rocking tray, roll each individual piece to form balls of equal weight and shape – in just a few seconds! A hydraulically controlled unit with two cylinders for the pressing phase, one for cutting, and one for folding. The control console allows you to adjust the pressing and folding time, as well as the opening of the dough chamber. A knife cleaning button is also included. Up to 10 different programs can be saved and languages can be changed to suit your needs. Working cycle 1. Insert the tray manually; 2. Set the duration of the working cycle (pressing, folding and forming); 3. Press the Start button; 4. The unit presses, cuts and rolls automatically; 5. Remove the tray with the formed products. The unit is supplied complete with 3 trays Materials used Frame made of galvanized electric-welded steel; Painted steel or stainless steel cladding; Chamber, knives and grates made of 304 stainless steel; Presses made of food grade polyethylene PE500; The inner lid coating is made of food-grade polyethylene PE500; Trays made of food grade polyethylene PETG; Heads made of anticorodal MG5 aluminum with 20 micron hard anodizing; Cast iron ring with 10 micron chemical nickel coating. Maintenance of the unit To ensure proper operation of the dough divider and, most importantly, its longevity, we recommend regularly cleaning both the outside and inside (see the operating manual, section/paragraph "Cleaning"). Stainless steel parts, painted surfaces, PE500 polyethylene, and PETG trays can be simply washed with soap and water or a neutral detergent, then rinsed thoroughly and wiped dry with a soft cloth.
