These units allow you to divide a piece of raw dough into small pieces and then, thanks to a rocking tray, form balls of the same weight and shape in a few seconds.
The Vitella range of dough dividers and rounders includes models with manual drive, automatic and semi-automatic units.
Depending on the tray configuration and, accordingly, the shape of the divisions, the following types of machines are distinguished: round, square and hexagonal dividers.
The SQ A 30 model from Vitella is an automatic divider-rounder with square cells and hydraulic drive.
This dough divider is suitable for working with any type of dough: ciabatta, buns, loaves, baguettes, thanks to the ability to regulate the pressing time using an electronic device.
The parts in contact with the dough are made of AISI 304 steel and food grade polyethylene; the servo mechanisms are controlled by a hydraulic system.
Operating cycle: pressing and cutting are performed manually using a joystick. The lid is opened manually.
The unit is supplied complete with 3 trays.
Duty cycle
1. Insert the tray manually;
2. adjust the chamber opening;
3. Use the levers to perform pressing and cutting;
4. turn the folding lever;
5. Remove the tray with the formed
products.
