Description. Weber PERFORMER ORIGINAL GBS 57cm Charcoal Grill
The Performer Original GBS combines a new design with all the essential elements for professional Weber grilling. Designed for the outdoor kitchen, it features a folding work table and a GBS grate for cast iron inserts: a wok, a frying pan, a steak grate, and a roaster rack for chicken and vegetables. The Gourmet BBQ system also includes a pizza stone. • Made in the USA • Lid and boiler: steel, covered with porcelain enamel • Lid handle with heat shield • Thermometer: built into the lid – temperature control during cooking • Folding table • Chassis-trolley: with a net, two large wheels with brakes. • Two-piece chrome grill with replaceable insert for the Gourmet BBQ system • The One-Touch system allows you to regulate the heat inside the grill and clean the bottom of the boiler from ash • Vents in the boiler and lid: easy temperature regulation • Insulated vent handle: made of aluminum • Tuck-Away lid holder • Closed ash bowl • Hook on the lid...
