Description. Smokehouse Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 47 cm
The Smokey Mountain Cooker is a 3-in-1 kebab maker, barbecue, and smoker that lets you prepare a variety of delicious and healthy dishes. Its two-tier design allows you to cook large pieces of food, such as a whole chicken. Steam cooking makes it possible to create juicy and tender food. Weber's design features a porcelain-coated water tank that attaches under the bottom grate, continuously immersing the food in steam during cooking. The grill has a large door that allows you to add charcoal, wood chips, or briquettes during cooking and smoking. A damper located at the bottom of the grill allows you to adjust the airflow to your desired level.
