    A grill, oven, tandoor, oven, and smoker in the Big Gray Egg. This grill is similar to the Big Green Egg and offers a wide range of cooking options. The ceramic bowl maintains high temperatures for roasting, smoking, and grilling, and is also suitable for low-temperature smoking. The grill is perfectly designed for optimal and even heat circulation, promoting fast and consistent cooking. Ceramic walls maintain the set temperature with precision. This allows you to "simmer" meat like in a Russian oven for 12 hours without worrying about burning. The top vent cap allows for precise airflow control, and a thermometer on the spring lid monitors the internal temperature for precise cooking and perfect culinary results.

    Maximum temperature 400 °C. Charcoal or aromatic wood is used for combustion. Charcoal consumption is three times less than that of conventional grills. Safe to use - the ceramic surface does not get as hot as metal grills, and the flame itself is contained within the ceramic body. Comes on a stand with wheels and bamboo folding side tables. Easy to clean. Residual heat burns away any accumulated grease, and ash is removed through a sliding flap at the base of the housing....
