Service. Single station pancake maker BE-1-350
Any equipment requires preliminary preparation before being turned on for the first time:
This operation (duration from 1 to 1.5 hours) is mandatory for new equipment. The purpose is
preventing dough from sticking to the surface of the equipment and reducing the formation of bubbles when the dough hits the heated surface.
Preparing the crepe maker and surface before first use:
1. Insert the plug into a 16-amp grounded outlet.
2. Heat the equipment by setting the heating control to maximum (approximately 270 degrees Celsius; the red light will remain on until the desired temperature is reached). Do not change the temperature during the entire warm-up process.
3. Pour about a tablespoon of deep-frying shortening into the center of the frying surface. Using a cotton cloth (synthetic material is not suitable) or a brush with natural bristles, spread the shortening evenly over the frying surface. After 5-10 minutes, you can begin baking without using any shortening.
4. Repeat this operation 3-8 times , each time reducing the amount of oil used, but making sure that the next portion of oil is added after 5-10 minutes of cooking.
When preparing the equipment for operation, do not use oils with additives. A well-prepared work surface is shiny and chestnut-colored.
Important! Without proper preparation, the pancake-making process becomes significantly more difficult, and may result in them sticking to the surface, bubbling, etc.
