    Description. Pancake machine APP-1T

    The machine is in storage, all components have been checked and serviced.

    APP-1 is designed for baking pancakes in cafes, bars, snack bars, and canteens. The APP-1 automatic pancake maker bakes pancakes from prepared batter. The pancakes are baked on a heated, rotating drum. After each full rotation, the fried pancake is separated with a knife, and batter is applied to the clean surface using a coating roller. The baking time is set using a potentiometer. The process of dosing, baking, and separating the pancakes is fully automated, and the drum temperature is automatically maintained within certain limits, ensuring that all pancakes are baked perfectly. The machine has a conveyor belt with a device that rolls the baked pancake into a tube. The machine has proven itself in small-scale production settings, such as coffee shops, pancake shops, and supermarket deli departments.
