If your establishment doesn't have a voltage stabilizer, we strongly recommend installing a protection device against dangerous fluctuations and unexpected power surges in the 380V power grid. This will help prevent damage to the electronics of the burners and control panels, which is not covered by the warranty. TM Skvara offers a separate protection unit that monitors voltage changes in the power grid phase by phase and automatically disconnects the power phase that caused a dangerous overvoltage. When the power supply returns to safe limits, it automatically restores power to the equipment. The protection relay is installed in the unit and sealed with the manufacturer's seal. We remind you that the induction hob must be connected to a separate circuit breaker, from which the power cable must correspond to the maximum power of the hob. Important!
