Reinforced plastic gear (original) for dough rolling machine Prismafood DMA 500 (up to 2010), DSA 420-500, GGF S42

Small gear (Driver): Z=20, 15 mm hole with key. (article in old catalogues: 3I010005). This is a reinforced 20-tooth gear used in older models of dough sheeters. Modern gears are made with 3-15 teeth, so when replacing one of the gears, take this into account and avoid replacing a 20-tooth gear with a 15-tooth gear.

The plastic gears in professional dough rollers are a safety feature. They're specially made of nylon to prevent a foreign object or extremely tough dough from damaging the gears, rather than burning out the expensive motor.
