Lubricant TSIA-TIM-221 for the cotton candy production apparatus USV-1M "Tom and Jerry" manufactured in 2008 and later. TSIA-TIM-221 grease is a calcium-based, multipurpose, water- and heat-resistant plastic grease. Its name comes from the acronym TSIA-TIM, which stands for the Central Institute of Aviation Fuels and Oils. This research institute developed this grease. Since 1954, TSIA-TIM ceased to exist as a separate institution, becoming a division of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for Oil Refining (VNII NP). However, the name "TSIA-TIM" remains enshrined in regulatory documents and continues to be used today. The primary purpose of CIATIM-221 is to reduce frictional loads in friction units where the mating surfaces are metal-to-metal and metal-to-rubber. The lubricant contains a complex calcium soap of higher fatty acids and acetic acid as a thickener, with an antioxidant additive. CIATIM-221 is used to lubricate various rolling bearings in electrical machines and control and monitoring systems. It is effectively used in devices with rotation speeds of up to 10,000 rpm. Initially, it was primarily intended for bearings used in various assemblies and units in aircraft and for metal-to-rubber mating surfaces designed to operate in a vacuum. Overall impression:

Впечатление двоякое. Ребята сработали быстро, отправили в тот же день. Смущает упаковка, в бумажном стаканчике для кофе с соответствующей крышкой, которая конечно толком не закрывает. В инструкции изготовителя читал, что не рекомендуется хранить уже открытую банку смазки, а тут такое. Ну хоть бы пластиковый стаканчик с крышкой, как на сметане.Надеюсь, что там именно Циатим-221.
