The Low Speed Technology System (LSTS) was first used in the Hurom Slow Juicer vertical juicer by Hurom LC Ltd. This company has produced many well-known juicers under various brands. The company's factories also produce the Omega VRT juicers (licensed by the American company Omega Products Inc.), which have long been recognized for their high quality. The HU-400 juicer features a two-stage extraction system, first extracting the juice and then pressing the pulp, which increases yield. Slow extraction prevents the juice from heating up, preserving the maximum amount of nutrients. It operates silently and can be quickly cleaned by simply adding water.
