    PIZZA PRESS PRISMAFOOD PRESSA 45 (Italy) Used to produce round pizza dough bases (crusts) of varying thickness and size. By briefly baking the crust, a crust forms on the surface, which helps to create a fluffier base and also prevents moisture from the filling (topping) from penetrating into the crust.

    Performance characteristics The pizza press is equipped with a mechanical drive. The principle of operation of a pizza press is based on the compression of a ball of dough weighing from 100g to 500g between two round heating surfaces with a diameter of 450mm. Each surface contains one heating element. Thus, the resulting flatbread is immediately baked on these surfaces at +150C to prevent subsequent shrinkage. Thickness adjustment distance between surfaces - 110mm. The presses are equipped with a function for adjusting the thickness of the workpieces. Material: stainless steel.
