    The professional pizza press is used to quickly form round dough pieces of the desired thickness and diameter (30-50 cm).   The hot press function bakes the dough and creates a crust that prevents the workpiece from getting soggy from the filling (heating the round pressing plate to 150°C).   Double heating: upper and lower plates. Recommended dough temperature: 35-55 °C. Heating temperature range: 35-230 °C. Heating plate diameter: 457 mm. Opening angle of the upper plate: 58°. Plate material: stainless steel.
