Description. Meat saw Sirman SO-1840 F3
SIRMAN SO-1840 F3 band saws are designed for cutting fresh or frozen meat and fish products. SIRMAN saws are distinguished by their modern design, safety, convenience and ease of use. The self-supporting structure is made of anodized aluminum, the working surface is made of stainless steel. It has a pushing device, a portioning device, a safety microswitch on the door and a push-button panel with a 24V relay. Maximum simplicity and precision in adjusting the pulley, both in height and in vertical and horizontal tilt, allow for a more secure fit of the blade. The body is made of cast anodized aluminum alloy. The saw is equipped with a table, pushing and portioning devices made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Maximum adherence of the blade to the pulley thanks to the semi-curved shape of the pulleys and ideal adjustment. Waterproof bearings on the top pulley. All electrical components are located under the cutting table (IP X5 moisture protection rating). By unscrewing two handles, the cutting blade, upper pulley and pulley support can be easily removed, allowing for easy cleaning of the equipment. Hardened 16mm wide cutting blades are suitable for cutting bones or meat (frozen or fresh). Electrical connection: 1 phase / 220 V / 50 Hz Ease of cleaning is achieved thanks to design features: 1. All electrical components are located at the rear of the device. 2. By unscrewing the two handles, the blade, top pulley and pulley support can be removed, leaving a clear surface for cleaning....
