The work surface and body are made of durable, impact-resistant stainless steel with an anodized finish. The saw is equipped with a feed lever, which allows for safe feeding of the product during cutting. The blade produces a smooth, even cut without chipping the bone. It features a cutting width adjustment and a pressure plate.
