Description. Band saw Fama FSG 103 1830 A
The Fama FSG 103 1830 A band saw is designed for cutting fresh or frozen meat products, including those with bones. The saw features a modern design, safety, convenience, and ease of use. The work surface and body are made of durable, impact-resistant stainless steel with an anodized finish. The saw's unique feature is its extremely simplified maintenance thanks to a simple blade release mechanism (two handles on the rear panel). The saw is equipped with a feed lever, which allows for safe feeding of the product during cutting. The blade produces a smooth, even cut without chipping bone. It is equipped with a cutting width adjustment and a pressure plate. Machine sanitization is easy thanks to two design features: All electrical components are located at the rear of the unit, and two twist-off handles allow for easy removal of the saw blade, block, and block holder for easy cleaning of the interior.
