Hearth ovens

Deck ovens are professional equipment used in supermarkets, mechanized bakeries, restaurants, confectionery shops, and food service establishments. Baked goods produced in deck ovens are characterized by high quality due to the uniform temperature distribution and steam generation within the baking chamber. The oven's hearth is a metal or ceramic plate directly on which the baked goods are baked. Baked goods are placed on the hearth in pans or on baking sheets.

Heating elements, located under the bottom and arch of each chamber, are installed in the upper and lower parts of the working chamber, ensuring constant, uniform heat distribution.
In the case of a multi-chamber oven design, each oven section is independent of each other and is equipped with an independent thermostat with the ability to turn off the upper heating elements for each section.
