The production of dumplings and vareniki can be singled out as one of the most profitable due to their great popularity in our country and high demand for them, which is not subject to seasonal fluctuations. The development of small-scale production is greatly facilitated by the public's increased interest in small-scale products, which are distinctly different from the usual mass-produced standards. Another advantage of small-scale production, favored by small producers, is that the equipment used is easy to operate and the manufacturing technology is relatively simple. This allows for the production process to be established in a short period of time (usually 1–2 months). The JGL-120 model is designed for making dumplings with meat, vegetable, mixed, and other fillings. The machine's main components are the dough feeder, the filling feeder, and the dumpling molder. During operation, the prepared dough is loaded into a hopper and conveyed by an auger to the outlet, forming a continuous dough tube. The filling, driven by a two-stage vane pump, fills the dough tube through a nozzle. In the final step, a molding drum with decorative cutouts rolls over this "stuffed" tube. The machine also automatically dusts the dumplings with flour from a special small hopper. The final separation of the dumplings occurs on a vibrating chute located beneath the molding drum. The removable head allows for quick (up to 3 minutes) changes in the product being produced (dumplings, vareniki, samsa).
