LB Italia is a manufacturer of dumpling forming lines. Dumplings, a quick and easy-to-make product, are enjoying growing popularity in today's food market. New technologies are constantly evolving, but consumer preferences remain constant. For dumplings, the perfect balance between the juicy, aromatic filling and the thin, delicate dough is especially important in the minds of consumers.
The pelmeni production line completely replicates the homemade pelmeni process. Pelmeni weigh from 5 to 14 g. Line throughput ranges from 180 to 1400 kg/hour. The equipment produces pelmeni made from dough and various types of ground meat, and potato fillings are also possible. The line can produce pelmeni with a smooth or wavy edge. The filling dosage can be increased or decreased without stopping the machine.
This proposal is for a 220-250 kg/hour line. The line consists of a CA-320 DV dough sheeter, a LB 320 Victoria dough former , a conveyor with a photosensor for synchronizing the two machines, and a cyclone for shredding dough scraps.
The shape of the semi-finished product depends on the matrix installed on the machine.
Comes with a stamp (matrix) for Cappelletti.

4. FINAL ROLLING OF THE DOUGH SHEET IN A FORMING MACHINE TO A THICKNESS OF 0.2 MM
