Description. Dehydrator Hendi 229002
The Hendi 229002 model has been discontinued. Consider the ProfiLine Hendi 229026 model. A dehydrator (dryer) is a device for making dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, dried meat, and mushrooms at home. Hendi dehydrators allow for the gentlest possible drying of food while preserving all the essential enzymes. During the drying process, natural food flavors tend to concentrate, giving dried and cured foods a sweeter and more pronounced flavor than fresh foods. An automatic fan distributes hot air throughout the unit, ensuring even drying of food. The set includes stainless steel shelves measuring 330x305, the permissible load per shelf is up to 500 g of product. Evenly spaced shelves are easy to remove and clean. The transparent door allows you to observe the drying process. The kit includes a transparent lining, which is used to remove residue from the bottom of the device.
