    Description. Dehydrator Gemlux GL-FD-1211

    A dehydrator (dryer) is a device for making dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, dried meat, and mushrooms at home. Gemlux dehydrators allow for the gentlest possible drying of food while preserving all the essential enzymes. During the drying process, natural food flavors tend to concentrate, giving dried and cured foods a sweeter and more pronounced taste. Gemlux dehydrators have two drying modes: — fast (FAST) - both fans are working, moisture is removed from the surface of the raw material faster; — slow (SLOW) – one fan operates, drying is more delicate. The dryer is equipped with 12 pairs of guides with a pitch of 25 mm and 12 plastic grid shelves measuring 340 x 385 mm made of stainless steel. This expands the device's functionality and allows for the simultaneous drying of large quantities of both chopped and large raw materials (for example, mushrooms without chopping). The Gemlux GL-FD-611 dehydrator features electronic controls with an LCD display. The drying temperature is adjustable from 35°C to 70°C in 1°C increments. This allows you to select the mode that best suits each product and preserves its maximum nutritional value. The dehydrator's continuous operation time is up to 99 hours, and an overheating protection system ensures safe operation. If you are unable to remove the finished product from the chamber after drying, you can use the warming mode (WARM).
