How to cook sushi rice. Cuckoo SR-4600 4.6L Rice Cooker with Thermos Function
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly, place it in a bowl and add water.
2. Press the "START" button. Note: If you prefer the rice more or less overcooked, adjust the amount of water. It's important to consider the rice's production date: older rice has a lower moisture content than fresh rice, which can result in tougher rice, and vice versa. For every 3 cups of rice, add water up to the 3-mark.
