Tureen Silver 2170 9 l. The Silver 2170 tureen is designed to keep first courses—various soups, broths, purées, and porridges—hot and warm. Electric tureens are easy to use. This tureen/bain-marie is used in kitchens to preserve already prepared dishes, in food service areas, in self-service restaurants, for off-premises catering, cafes, and bars. Using a soup tureen, you can reheat a cold dish by setting the desired heating temperature, as well as maintain the temperature of first courses without connecting to the power supply for an extended period of time. Soup bowls are not intended for preparing first courses, but only for heating and keeping prepared dishes warm/hot. Fill your machine's water tank with water, leaving 4-5 cm empty at the top. Set the thermostat to 90°C (194°F). Pour the prepared soup into the soup bowl. Once the water boils, set the thermostat to 70-80°C (164-186°F). This will maintain the soup's temperature and allow you to serve it hot continuously. Cleaning: Depending on the limescale level during use, the appliance should be cleaned at least once a week with lemon salt according to the instructions. Capacity - stainless steel quality 304.
