    Description. Remta C10 (CB10) soup tureen for warming up first courses

    The Remta C10 soup tureen is used to keep first courses—various soups, broths, mashed potatoes, and porridges—hot and warm. Electric soup tureens are easy to use. The tureen/bain-marie is used in kitchens to preserve already prepared dishes, in food service areas, in self-service restaurants, for off-premises catering, cafes, and bars.

    Using a soup tureen, you can reheat a cold dish by setting the desired heating temperature, as well as maintain the temperature of first courses without connecting to the power supply for an extended period of time. Soup bowls are not intended for preparing first courses, but only for heating and keeping prepared dishes warm/hot.
