The entire surface is smoothly contoured for easy cleaning. We recommend the Sirman Sirio 1 CC900 mixer for light-duty use, as its motor is only 100W. It's ideal for home use and for cafes where cocktails aren't mass-produced. Sirio mixers are primarily used for preparing milk-based cocktails of varying consistencies. Sirio mixers are SIRMAN's latest development. The product line includes various models with 0.9L glasses and mixers with variable speed control. RPM is an important parameter, as the higher the RPM, the thicker and more voluminous the foam in the cocktail, and, consequently, the higher the profitability. SIRIO mixers deliver 14,000 RPM. To be fair, it should be noted that the mixer's motor power is only 100W, which limits its workload. In our opinion, the mixer operates well and reliably with a workload of no more than 50-100 servings per day. For higher workloads, it's advisable to consider a two-bay model or single-bay models with increased power.
