The Fimar FR1G single-cup stainless steel milkshake mixer is a high-performance mixer with a powerful motor (300W, the only other model in this price range with this power), a reinforced design (the cup holders are made of stainless steel, not plastic like other models in this price range), and a low price. The reliability of Fimar mixers is also a standout feature. Получили сегодня миксер но коктейль не получается! Пропорции уже перепробовали разные! Получается водичка а не густой пенный коктейль! Очень нужна помощь человека знающего технологию и рецептуру! А миксер качественный, тихий, сделан на совесть!

Рецепт коктейля:
молоко - 100 г, жирность не мене 3,2%
мороженое сливочное – 50 г
сироп (при необходимости) – 10г
СПОСОБ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ молочного коктейля:
Ингредиенты засыпаются в стакан и взбивают в миксере до получения пышной массы, около 1-й минуты.
Молоко обязательно должно быть охлажденным, желательно с небольшими крупинками льда!!!
Мороженое должно быть качественным и жирным.

Миксер очень понравился. Ребята из фуд-сервис порекомендовали его сразу. Цена конечно не низкая, но коктейль получается классный, даже из нежирного молока. Делаю где-то 80 порций в день.
