Shawarma machine Remta D14 LPG (D04MZ) with top drive for 2 burners. Stainless steel body. With a top-mounted drive for two burners. Gas burners provide a wide cooking surface in less time (compared to electric heaters) without consuming electricity. Separate burner power control. Automatic gas shut-off system. Burner size: 210x150 mm. Meat loading capacity: up to 30 kg. Skewer length: 650 mm. Thermal power: 6.5 kW. Gas consumption: 0.6m3/h. For several years now, preparing unconventional dishes by directly frying meat has remained very popular. This cooking method preserves all the beneficial properties of the product and imparts a unique flavor. One such product is shawarma, which is increasingly becoming a staple in markets, cafes, and other establishments across our country. Shawarma (shaverma) is an Eastern dish made from pita bread stuffed with lamb, beef, or chicken, seasoned with spices, sauces, and a fresh vegetable salad.
