Description. Gas-powered shawarma machine with electric drive OZTI DGD4 8859.00GD4.8T
For several years now, preparing unconventional dishes by directly frying meat has remained very popular. This cooking method preserves all the beneficial properties of the product and imparts a unique flavor. One such product is shawarma, which is increasingly becoming a staple in markets, cafes, and other establishments across the country. Shawarma (shaverma) is an Eastern dish made from pita bread stuffed with lamb, beef, or chicken, seasoned with spices, sauces, and a fresh vegetable salad. We present to you a Turkish-made shawarma machine.
Shawarma machines are available with either manual or electric skewer rotation. They are made of stainless steel.
The OZTI DGD4 model has an electric drive, which ensures more even cooking of meat, preventing burning.
The tray has a hole for draining fat into a special container.
A system for monitoring the operation of gas burners is provided.
4 burners have separate controls for each.
The motor that rotates the skewer is located on top.
A safety valve is provided.
Meat loading - 80 kg.
