Description. Potato peeler S.A.P. PL 8 EX

The SAPPL 8 EX potato peeling machine is designed for peeling potatoes and root vegetables (beets, carrots) in catering establishments. The potato peeler is made entirely of stainless steel and is equipped with the most modern safety devices.

The CE version, in accordance with the safety standards of the European Union, is equipped with an electric push-button panel with a 24-volt circuit board, a safety switch on both the door and the lid and a mushroom-shaped red emergency button at the end of work. The machine is equipped with a speed reducer with a belt drive; the toothed belt is silent, reliable and easy to adjust. A glass or transparent polycarbonate cover allows the operator to monitor the work process. The automatic water unloading and loading device has a diameter of 50 mm for potato peeler. The rotating plate of the potato peeler is made of silicate-carbon material or aluminum.

Note: Performance is tested with 90% of the potatoes fully peeled. A tuber is considered peeled if the skin is still present in the depressions, and the remaining surface of the tuber has no more than three peeled areas, the largest being between 1 and 3 mm. The machine operates by removing the skin from potatoes and other root vegetables through the mechanical action of the peeling tools.
