    Description. Potato peeler Fimar PPF/5 (220V)

    Fimar PPF/5 potato peelers are machines for peeling potatoes and carrots in catering establishments. Stainless steel frame, top lid made of transparent food-grade polycarbonate, safety microswitches on the top lid and at the outlet, product unloading button, 0-4 minute timer, automatic water jet for easy removal of peelings, complete with a removable abrasive disc (PTA for 5-10-18 kg, RTB for 25 kg).

    Note: Performance is tested with 90% of the potatoes fully peeled. A tuber is considered peeled if the skin is still present in the depressions, and the remaining surface of the tuber has no more than three peeled areas, the largest being between 1 and 3 mm. The machine operates by removing the skin from potatoes and other root vegetables through the mechanical action of the peeling tools. Components: * PTA abrasive disc (standard in PPN-PPF/5-10-18 models); * PAB abrasive disc (only for PPN-PPF/5-10-18 models); * CCV centrifuge basket (only for models PPN-PPF/10-18); * side abrasive (except for the PPF-PPN/5 model).
