Description. Potato peeler MOK 150M
Periodic potato peeling machines of the MOK-150M and MOK-300M types are designed for peeling potatoes and root vegetables (beets, carrots) in public catering establishments. The machines are produced in UHL4 version according to GOST 15150-69 TU RB 200166490.006-2003 for operation at temperatures from plus 1 to plus 35 °C. The MOK-150M and MOK-300M periodic potato peeling machines are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard and have Belarusian and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration. Capacity: 150 kg/hour. Note: Capacity is tested with 90% of the potatoes fully peeled. A tuber is considered peeled when the skin is still present in the depressions, and the remaining surface of the tuber has no more than three peeled areas, the largest of which are between 1 and 3 mm in size. The machine operates by removing the skin from potatoes and other root vegetables through the mechanical action of the peeling tools. ...

Description. Potato peeler MOK 150M
Periodic potato peeling machines of the MOK-150M and MOK-300M types are designed for peeling potatoes and root vegetables (beets, carrots) in public catering establishments.
The machines are produced in UHL4 version according to GOST 15150-69 TU RB 200166490.006-2003 for operation at temperatures from plus 1 to plus 35 °C. The MOK-150M and MOK-300M periodic potato peeling machines are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001:2001 standard and have Belarusian and Russian certificates of conformity and a certificate of state hygienic registration. Capacity: 150 kg/hour. Note: Capacity is tested with 90% of the potatoes fully peeled. A tuber is considered peeled when the skin is still present in the depressions, and the remaining surface of the tuber has no more than three peeled areas, the largest of which are between 1 and 3 mm in size. The machine operates by removing the skin from potatoes and other root vegetables through the mechanical action of the peeling tools.
