The Gemlux GL-SM-88R tabletop planetary mixer is designed for mixing dough of varying viscosity, whipping eggs, cream, custards and mousses, preparing minced meat, etc. in non-commercial settings. Removable 4L stainless steel bowl with protective lid 12 speeds Folding head 3 mixers (hook, flat beater, whisk) Case material - metal The color is red The mixer features smooth speed control from 25 to 220 rpm (12 settings on the control knob). It comes with a removable 4-liter stainless steel bowl with carrying handles, a plastic protective bowl lid with a hole for adding ingredients during mixing, and three mixer attachments: a whisk, a flat beater (spatula), and a dough hook. For easy removal and installation of the bowl and mixer, the mixer head flips up with the press of a button.
