Description. Gemlux GL-SM-3250V tabletop planetary mixer

The Gemlux GL-SM-3250V tabletop planetary mixer is designed for kneading yeast and yeast-free dough of varying viscosity, whipping eggs, cream, custards and mousses, and preparing mashed potatoes and minced meat. The GEMLUX GL-SM-3250V mixer combines the advantages of a stand mixer and a hand mixer. Like hand mixers, it comes with two dough hooks and two stainless steel beaters, but its countertop design eliminates the need to hold it while mixing. The mixer features a tilt-up mixer head and a removable 3-liter stainless steel bowl. For more even mixing throughout, the bowl rotates in the same direction as the beaters (counterclockwise). For easy addition of ingredients, the bowl can be pushed forward using a special lever. Attachments are easily released by pressing the "EJECT" button on the mixer head. The mixer is equipped with a 250-watt motor and has 6 speed settings. *This model is not recommended for commercial use....
