    Description. GoodFood PM20 Planetary Mixer

    This planetary mixer is designed for kneading high-moisture yeast dough, whipping creams, mixing minced meat, and mechanizing the preparation of various confectionery and culinary mixtures, such as egg and butter creams, meringues, mousses, batters, and mayonnaises, as well as for preparing dough for baked goods. The bowl capacity is 20 liters. All components in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel. The mixer's design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. A visible protective lid is provided on the bowl. Smooth speed control is available. The advantages of these mixers include high mixing speed, a simple and reliable design, and an affordable price.

    Overload protection High speed beater with 20L bowl. The mixer head can be raised. Three speeds 105/180/4 08 rpm. Accessories included: whisk, spatula, hook.   • Description. GoodFood PM20 Planetary Mixer

    This planetary mixer is designed for kneading high-moisture yeast dough, whipping creams, mixing minced meat, and mechanizing the preparation of various confectionery and culinary mixtures, such as egg and butter creams, meringues, mousses, batters, and mayonnaises, as well as for preparing dough for baked goods. The bowl capacity is 20 liters. All components in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel. The mixer's design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. A visible protective lid is provided on the bowl. Smooth speed control is available. The advantages of these mixers include high mixing speed, a simple and reliable design, and an affordable price.
