    Specifications: Capacity: 30 l. Bath: GN 2/3. Baskets: 2xGN1/3. Dimensions (LxWxH): 400x700x900 mm. Voltage: 380 V. Power: 6 kW. The Kogast EKTT47/V electric cooker is designed for cooking pasta, vegetables, dumplings, and pelmeni in water. Heating elements installed in the cooking vessel heat the water. A perforated bottom, which also serves as a support for small cooking baskets, is installed above the heating elements. Thermal fuses prevent the cooker from overheating. Special insulation ensures minimal heat loss. A thermostat with a switch, located behind the control panel, provides step-by-step thermostatic control. A drain valve for water drainage. Connection to the water supply. The frame is made of AiSi 304 stainless steel, resistant to external chemical influences. This model features a special drain that allows you to drain any foam or dissolved starch from the surface. This ensures that pasta is always cooked in clean water (10 liters of water per 1 kg of pasta)....
