    Description. Bertos CPG80E Gas Pasta Cooker

    2-post gas pasta cooker on a closed base Bertos CPG80E 30+30l. Work surface and front panels made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Stamped container with wide rounded sides made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. Water circulation is achieved through a perforated bottom that keeps the baskets away from the bottom of the container. Large overflow drain to remove starch formed during cooking. A ball drain valve located inside the tank, controlled by a handle with a cool surface. High performance is ensured by a heating system that completely envelops the entire surface of the container. Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection. In the double model, the two tanks are independent and have separate controls for independent, optimal temperature regulation. Adjustable legs. Baskets are not included....
