Hot dog machines: equipment for fast cooking
A fast food business means low costs and high returns, simple and easy-to-use equipment, minimal footprint, and maximum mobility. Our
hot dog carts and vending machines will help you organize such a business. A hot dog cart can be used for mobile vending. This means the cart doesn't travel during business hours, but can be moved to a more accessible location as needed. Our company manufactures
gas and electric hot dog carts . Each cart has two heated containers—one for boiling sausages and warming buns—and one unheated container for salads. Inside, the carts have lockable storage compartments for items and accessories. The gas cart has a compartment for a fuel tank. Carts can also be equipped with a samovar, a folding shelf, or a deep fryer.
For stationary outlets, use compact tabletop hot dog machines.
A tabletop electric steam hot dog maker is designed for quickly preparing hot dogs by steaming sausages and warming the buns with steam. This cooking method preserves sausages of any quality, and the steam heating ensures the buns are juicy and soft. While
a pin hot dog maker is inferior to a steam hot dog maker in terms of performance and ease of use, it is still often used in small cafes where hot dogs are not the main product. We recommend our hot dog makers, as they have been in production for over 10 years and have a proven track record of being reliable and convenient at a reasonable price. We also offer domestic and imported hot dog makers. You can
purchase a hot dog cart or hot dog maker by calling us or placing an order on our website.
Classic technology for cooking hot dogs on grills:
- Place the defrosted sausages on a roller grill preheated to 150°C. Cooking time is 10-15 minutes. After this, reduce the temperature to 60°C to keep the sausages warm. Sausages should not be left on the grill for more than 4-5 hours.
- The defrosted bun is reheated using a pressure grill for 40-45 seconds at 200°C. The grill must be preheated.
- The heated bun is removed from the grill and placed in a special hot dog container.
- Next, if you're making a French hot dog, the customer's chosen sauces are added to the bun and the sausage is inserted. For an American hot dog, the sausage is placed first, and then sauces and additional ingredients are added.
- If the hot dog is not given to the customer immediately, it can be placed in a special stand.
