Description. Steam hot dog machine APKH-P
Introducing the new APH-P hot dog machine. This newly designed machine features a separate working section containing the food from the base (heater and control panel), making cleaning and maintenance easier. The drain valve is no longer required, increasing the reliability of the heating unit. By purchasing the necessary accessories, the hot dog machine can easily be converted into a corn cooker. The APH-P tabletop electric steam hot dog maker is designed for quickly cooking hot dogs by steaming sausages and warming the buns with steam. This cooking method keeps sausages of any quality in excellent shape, and the steam heating keeps the buns juicy and soft. Once cooked, the hot dogs require no additional heating. Simply use the temperature control to set the desired temperature. The principle of the hot dog machine is simple and effective. It has two tiers: the lower one is for sausages, the upper one is for buns. The device can simultaneously heat up to 25 buns and 90 sausages. The bottom tier is made of two perforated inserts on which the sausages are placed. Water is poured under the bottom shelf; when it boils, the steam cooks the sausages. The bun rack is solid, with a grid above to protect the buns from getting wet. A double roof with a sloping interior also serves to return condensation from the bun compartment, preventing condensation from falling on the buns and ensuring it flows back down the walls of the unit into the container. The customer-facing wall is made of glass, providing additional product visibility.
