Description. Frosty WY-007 Roller Grill with Glass
The roller grill is designed for grilling sausages, frankfurters, and wieners. It's used in fast food, street food, cafes, and other catering establishments. Grilling sausages imparts a wonderful flavor and aroma. The glass grill guard protects customers and the room from grease splashes from the sausages, while also protecting the sausages themselves from accidental contamination. The grill body is made of carbon steel, painted red. The roller surface and control panel are stainless steel. The grill comes with a rectangular protective glass with a sloped top. It protects the cooking area from dust and debris, while still allowing the food to be displayed beautifully. The glass is pre-installed and secured to the grill and requires no additional assembly. Exposed portions of the glass are protected by stainless steel strips. A light is mounted in the upper corner under the glass to illuminate the cooking area. Beneath the rollers is a one-piece stainless steel grease collection tray. The rollers are 44 cm long, allowing for a single row of three 14 cm sausages. The roller joints are covered with protective bushings, which require a small drop of oil before using the grill for the first time. The control panel includes a backlight button, a roller rotation button, an indicator and a heating control for the front roller group, and an indicator and a heating control for the rear roller group. The control has a temperature adjustment scale from 0 to 250 degrees Celsius. The Frosty WY series roller grill with glass is available with 5, 7, 9, and 11 rollers. The only differences between them are the depth, number of rollers, and overall power.
