Description. AIRHOT RG-5S Roller Grill with Glass
The roller grill is designed for grilling sausages, frankfurters, and wieners. It's used in fast food, street food, cafes, and other catering establishments. Grilling sausages imparts a wonderful flavor and aroma. The glass grill guard protects customers and the room from grease splashes from the sausages, while also protecting the sausages themselves from accidental contamination. The grill body is made of carbon steel, painted red. The roller surface and control panel are made of stainless steel. The grill comes with a rectangular protective glass with a sloped top. It protects the work area from dust and other debris while still allowing the food to be displayed beautifully. The glass is pre-installed and secured to the grill and requires no additional assembly. Exposed portions of the glass are protected by stainless steel strips. A light is mounted in the upper corner under the glass to illuminate the grill work area. Below the rollers is a one-piece stamped stainless steel tray for collecting fat. The working length of the rollers is 45 cm, which allows you to place 3 sausages of 15 cm each in 1 row. The places where the rollers connect to the body are covered with protective bushings, under which you need to drop a little oil before using the grill for the first time. The control panel includes a backlight button, a roller rotation button, an indicator and a heating control for the front roller group, and an indicator and a heating control for the rear roller group. The control has a temperature adjustment scale from 0 to 250 degrees Celsius. The AIRHOT RG series roller grill with glass is also available with 7 rollers .
