    Manual press-moulder F/10. Designed for manually forming hamburgers and other semi-finished products with a diameter of 100 mm . Various combinations of ingredients are possible – beef, fish, breadcrumbs, eggs, spices, etc. Designed for butcher shops, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, canteens, and commercial kitchens.

    Technical specifications: The frame of the molding press is made of anodized aluminum, parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; All parts in contact with the product are easily removed and cleaned; Form diameter 100 mm; Equipped with a cellophane food wrapper bag; Net weight: 4.9 kg.
