Various ingredient combinations are possible, including beef, fish, breadcrumbs, eggs, spices, and more. Designed for butcher shops, fast-food restaurants, supermarkets, canteens, and commercial kitchens.

    Technical specifications: The frame of the molding press is made of anodized aluminum, parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; All parts in contact with the product are easily removed and cleaned; Form diameter 100 mm; Equipped with a cellophane food wrapper bag; Net weight: 5.2 kg.
