Our shashlik maker, the SH-8 , will help you with this. The chef can put on a real show, preparing a magnificent Caucasian shashlik right in front of your eyes. By watching the preparation process, customers become part of the process, and the fact that this dish is being prepared especially for them creates the most positive emotions. The SH-8 model comes with eight skewers. The unit uses two heating element switches with step-by-step transmission, which allows for energy savings when the unit is not fully loaded.

The heating elements are made of stainless steel tubing. A pull-out grease collection tray is located underneath them. The skewers are made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel. The units come with a drip tray for draining fat. Heating time to operating temperature is no more than 5 minutes. Cooking time for shashlik (depending on the type and quality of meat, as well as the consumer's taste) is 15-25 minutes.
