Gas control and piezo ignition. Gross weight 57 kg. The body is made of stainless steel, the removable grate is made of cast iron. The inclined cast iron grate is used for cooking food, allowing fat to drain freely into a special container located at the base of the grill. The grill's heating elements are gas and ceramic burners, which use not only kinetic heating energy, but also infrared radiation. As a result, the temperature on the surface of the ceramic burner is significantly higher than the temperature of the lava stone, allowing you to cook meat, fish and vegetables much faster with high, even heating. This technology ensures rapid caramelization of the product's surface, leaving the meat juicy and flavorful, and giving it a delicious golden brown. You can place trays with water and spices between the heaters; the evaporation of the water will add juiciness to the food. Filling a tray with cod will give your food the same flavor it would have if cooked over a fire, while preserving all the vitamins and minerals....
